It depends. Some received fingerprint request upon background verification, some others received upon prohibition, some received request twice (because old one is expired) but some others never received.
I provided my fingerprint when I apply PR years ago, but this time I haven't received FP request so far. Fingerpring should be expired in 1 year so I may get request later.

i guess you can use your second try even before they approve or refuse ur test
Is that possible? I thought that I have to wait for Ircc’s email….
I am assuming that they will clear my test because I had already done 16 or 17 questions when my internet stopped working and I changed only one answer which I think was wrong. But anyway thanks for you reply and I will try to take another test this evening.
Stick to official course of action. Its already done and using the same link doesn't apply anymore. Contact them with detailed explanation with what happened and they will provide next steps if that part applies to you. They might pass it with whatever you did before disconnecting or ask you to retake it. Check link below.

there is nothing saying that you cannot take the test second time if you have concerns about your first try , its not against the normal flow of actions
