Super visa timeline to get passport back after PPR

Hi,

My mom received her PPR in mid Feb and sent her passport for next steps. However, it's been close to 3 weeks now and there haven't been any updates. The last email was back on Feb 27, which states that the application was "received and is under process at the IRCC office"

How long does it typically take to process and return the passport back after it was submitted?

Yes correct. My passport reached IRCC Delhi on 4 Mar and received the passport with stamped VISA on 3 Apr
