Did you get an email when your test was updated to completed on the tracker?

No email was received. Initially, I noticed a ghost update, but nothing new was visible beyond the existing content. A few hours later, I checked again and found the update.

I received another ghost update today, but it has yet to appear. It should be visible by the end of the day.

folks ,based on your experiece and what you noticed here, after aor when we receive ghost update but test email is not received yet does it mean the bg check is complete or the email for test is coming ?

GU may mean something happen on your application which tracker does not support to show it.
Some of our friends in this thread posted they got updates after GU, some others not.
I had one GU before. At that time, I received tracker invite 2 days before and received test invite email 5 days after. I suspect that GU was not about test invite email but about my application was transferred to an event office (local office) to test? I'm not sure.

No test request yet. Is it normal to take so long after the background check?

My tracker had NOT turned into "In Progress" even after my test window was open.
I received an official test invite and took test. A day after that, tracker was updated and showed "test scheduled". Too late to show my timeline.
I wonder if you are in similar situation? Maybe it'd good idea to double and Triple check your email once more... and junk folder too.

as for processing time:
In the forum I read some Jan 2025 and Feb 2025 applicants got test invite within a month but I see that as newer the group is, less accurate the stats on it... because it's based on fast paced timelins only...
On google spread sheet tracker, about a half of Feb 2025 applicants didn't receive test invite yet.
Nov and Dec 2024 people waited test invites about 2-3 months after AOR. More Feb 2025 applicants might be still waiting.

Hi Everyone, my wife got the fingerprint request email today. Is it standard for IRCC to state Section 21 and 22 of the immigration act as the reason for the requested?

Application submitted - 15 Feb 2025
AOR - 28 Feb 2025
Test scheduled -20 March to 19 April
Test taken- 26 march
Fingerprint request - 2 April

Test is not updated yet on tracker. It still shows waiting on you.

I received a fingerprint letter. Any idea where to provide fingerprint? Its mentioned that we can provide at local police service, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) or, RCMP-accredited fingerprint company.

I don't know if I need to book appointment or just walk in or anything else. Let me know if any of you guys provided fingerprints recently

No. It wasn't required during my PR application.

Gave test on March 16 and waiting for it to get updated on the tracker. Test invite was from Edmonton office and test window was March 13 - April 12.
There seems to be a mix of applicants with some who took test on March 1 and are still waiting and some who took it on March 25?-‘d it goy updated the same day.

Does anyone know if LPP always gets completed after test or can they be completed before test completed even though applicant has taken the test?
