I did my online test in last week and passed it with a pretty high mark. I recently got an email saying that they "were unable to accept the test due to technical issues" please guide me what would be the next steps from the department.

In the other thread, you mendioned that the email you've received has instructions: IRCC will provide you with a new test invitation that will explain next steps. We are unable to provide a timeline for the next test notice, so please continue to monitor your email.

Monitor your email - This is what you should do.
Wait patiently at this point. It should lead you the best way. Fingers crossed!

P.S.
I think you don't need to do multipositing. I made the same mystake when I was a newbie because I was unsure every person can see every thread, but I can now shareing this information: Experts are checking all threads and give suggestions and advises accordingly.

I already contacted IRCC 4 times regarding all this even though my resume was 16/20 but my camera was not working due to technical issue. But nothing received yet.

I know..but sometimes a lite mistake takes you miles away back. Good luck to both of us and many others like both of us.

did you reply back to the same email which they send us? You got no respond? But in my case I tested my Camara before and it was working fine. My daughter takes classes online with Camara on. So i know Camara works. Don’t know what exactly happens.
 
Yes I did infact 3 days ago I emailed at the same email address and got reply I'll be invited in person in coming months. Now God knows better.

hummm ok. Usually they send for Team Interview and Test too. But in your case they said it’s in person. Ok. So I will also reply back to the same mail and will see what happens.

It's been more then 2 weeks i send them an email. Haven't got any reply back yet. Shall i send it again ?
