I have already left Canada this week. Will try to come back as a permanent resident in a year or so.
I am eligible to apply under express entry program. I just wasted time in waiting and waiting for H&C decision.
Provided you are not a failed refugee claimant, you may be able to apply through the Home Care Worker Immigration Pilot. You need to have either the required education or the required paid work experience to qualify for the program. You also need to have a job offer in the field from an employer in Canada and the employer must meet all employer requirements. There are going to be a limited number of spots available for individuals who are out of status (150, I believe). I'm not aware of any other programs at this time.
You can appeal the decision. Generally it's recommended that you do this with the help of a lawyer. However if you have already left Canada, your grounds for appealing would likely be very much weakened.
I think he is talking about his medical record shows as passed, but he never received a medical request.
The last time he did his medical was 4.5 years ago when he came to Canada.
Meaning that he does not need to have a new medical exam.
He will need medical exam after 5 years in Canada.
I see, my work permit will expire soon and I need to reapply since there is no update yet. Last time they rejected it and I lost my job hope this time they will do at least this one properly.
im waiting a reply its been 50 days already they dont care they ignore people , they decide the way they want, they take the time , they ignore the process time , they care more for people that coming outside canada than the ones already here making a life,other programs is 4 to 7 months they got PR no scrutiny no community work , no church ,fake documents,most of them dont speak english, fake bank accounts, no family in canada , and all they got approve in 4 to 7 months and then they arrive in canada ohhh to cold go back home ,every country like and needs out of status people to balance the economy,trades ,tariffs,work,hospitals,welfare,pensions,crime, we should ask this question why they dont give status for all and solve the problem , because they dont want, why they give covid 19 vacines for everyone at no charge and problems related to covid 19 that go to the hospital at no charge , why even out of status you can get a family doctor free of charge why we can get credit cards even out of status, why they send cheques for groceries and carbon tax all over canada and can give status for all with clean criminal record ,
