I got this on my IRCC portal
"Final decision - February 14, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"

Till now (2023-03-19) no movement on IRCC. I heard of a mail that should be received but till now, no mail received on my side

FYI I applied under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program.

Are there any persons that got the final decision on/after february 14 and also got the mail?

Just wanted to post as I found this forum extremely helpful, I received this on friday, final decision update November 24 2023: we are processing your application, we will let you know when a final decision has been made, and I got PPR Monday morning. So it really can mean PPR is on its way.

**edit to add: checked last night and never got COPR in tracker, background check was still in progress, just got the fd update in gkey and then email Monday morning. I haven't checked the tracker yet to see whats there now

Pretty normal. It is taking time to receive eCOPR because they are slowly landing people because of lower quota issues.

She is in queue to receive eCOPR but should receive it relatively soon depending what program she got PR. Your passports will not be stamped until she receives her eCOPR.
