Thank you for your insight. One thing I would like to mention upon calling IRCC, agent told me everything including security has been completed / passed. So I was just wondering if everything is complete and Final Decision showing in GC, still a final review can be pending ?

I am waiting for PPR since once month now. Received FD on 17 Feb.

You can call IRCC, speak to agent and inquire about your VOs. PVO is Primary visa office and SVO is Secondary visa office.

FD means Final Decision.
