Medical exam request without the forms?

Hey everyone. I received a letter that says the following:

MEDICAL EXAMINATION
At this time, you (and any family member included in your application, whether accompanying or not) are required to undergo a medical examination. The medical form will be sent to the email address you provided on your application. Please contact one of the designated medical practitioners approved by IRCC and listed on our website, to make arrangements for them to complete the medical: https://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx. Please note that Health Management Branch (HMB) will only accept an immigration medical performed by one of the designated medical practitioners.

However it's been 2 weeks and we still didnt get a medical exam letter with the barcode. I called IRCC and they said they haven't sent them yet... how long before I get them? Why eould you send a letter like this without the forms?

No it's not. We applied under pr portal and there is nothing there.

Then you're not posting in the correct forum - this is family/spousal sponsorship, people here won't likely know.

If already in Canada not sure you have to do a medical. Processing will take years so also no point in doing medical so early.
