After becoming a protected person (Refugee Case Approved) and 1 time OWP & SIN of 2years , expiring in June 2025. Are we eligible to apply for a New SIN Number

Which I can quote to service Canada while requesting a new SIN, as I called them they said your have to apply for your SIN extension not for the new SIN number.
Old SIN starting from 9 we suppose to get new SIN starting from 6 , rite

No. You will still keep the same SIN number starting with 9 and you are not applying for new SIN but extending. It changes only after becoming Permanent Resident, which you will have to apply and not sent automatically to you
