Confused about IME (medical exam)

I saw this on my wife’s application tracker in the document status section.

There is a document number in the IME section but it says expiry date is not available yet. We did not receive any emails about medical requests anywhere.

How do we know medicals have to be done? How is it communicated?

So confused, do I need to do anything? Or wait until we get an email for medical?

Has she ever done any medical check up for anything? e.g. visitor record and such? if not, lets just wait for the medical instruction letter

my situation is the same, i got the notice 3 Jan 2025 in tracker to start medical, and has the document number, but no instruction letter email. Any updates on your side?

They will email your wife a letter requesting a medical to be done. If she hasn't received that (check spam folder just in case) then just wait to be asked.

my situation is the same, i got the notice 3 Jan 2025 in tracker to start medical, and has the document number, but no instruction letter email. Any updates on your side?

the IME number is administrative task before they issue you a medical request, just wait for it

nothing in there, i linked after to check but nothing. not even the finger print, zero item. maybe it never updated?

dont think that is ever updated, i did after the exam notice on tracker, but zero item in gckey, it did show the application id everything

When you sign into GCKey are you clicking on the hyperlink that says “Check full application status”?
When I click on that I scroll down to where it says Messages about your application.
Under the Subject heading I have a hyperlink that says Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E).

Zero item in messages, yeah it noticed there was a email glitched that causes some govt server don't send to my email. however before i was receiving it, so i called them, they cannot do anything to send me anything, i submitted a webform to change email and asked if they they send to my new email. also submitted a tech support for gc key doesnt show any file. it might be late to do exam because it already like 20 days.
