Mine is Alberta
Why don't you try to google up name change process in Alberta? That is what anyone else will do for you on this thread - might as well skip a step and do it directly. It shouldn't be a very elongated process to change name as long as you have your birth certificate, divorce certificate etc.

Hi, I am on a PR with my Husband, where is a Primary applicant in the Ontario region. I would like to take a Divorce, will it impact my PR? Will it be vise to register for Divorce here or in India?

Hi, I am a Canadian citizen and got married to an Indian citizen in Feb 2023. We filed for outland spousal PR that was approved in 6 months. My spouse is refusing to move here and doesn't want to continue with marriage. We have technically lived apart (separated) for 1+ year now. Our marriage was registered in India but I want to initiate the divorce proceedings from Canada - is this possible?

Before you do this I would cancel the PR sponsorship (assuming spouse has not landed).

Yes. You'll have to look up specific procedures in your province, and may need to hire a lawyer. Just google. At least it will involve trying to serve notice in India.

It may indeed be easier, cheaper and less risky to file to divorce outside Canada.
