Only my mom is here in Canada. My father is in Ukraine as well as my husband's parents. They don't live in Kiev and have to take a train or drive, which is not safe at the moment. This is why I am thinking of extension in case the situation will not improve within 60 days as our parents refuse...

It is not safe to go to Kiev, Ukraine to have the examination done. The place is loaded with criminals doing whatever. Until the situation improves, I would not want them go there.

They process it in Ottawa. But my question was if it is possible to get an extension beyond the 60 days that they gave our parents to have the examination done.
