Hi, did they send PPR through MyCIC Account also?

Call again and speak to another agent - they should be able to confirm receipt (at least they did with me).

Anyone knows if the PPR would be sent to the sponsor’s email address or PA’s? or would MyCIC also reflect PPR?

I got DM for PA a few days after the change to background check. Even though I have DM on ecas, MyCIC still shows “we do not need additional documents”... lol

It changed for me a few days ago.

@YULIA-2016 @robertp Hello please update me - Ecas shows PA DM October 25. Hopefully PPR comes soon. FYI, no update on MyCIC account - it still shows “we do not need any additional documents” and “we are processing your background check”.

Question for those who have submitted PCC and other documents requested by IRCC - will MyCIC account reflect they receive and process the documents? I submitted on Oct 8 via email/webform. But MyCIC still says “We do not need additional documents”... isn’t that quite odd??
