we are problely in the same hands, no updates after May2, the funny thing is my spouse did test 2weeks ago and get the ecertificate email yesterday

I got update on May 2nd for the test completed, and nothing more since then, not even the backgroud check, is that normal? should I wirite to them to inquire?
