Got my approval letter for 3 years of CWP. Finally!

I received my Biometric Validation today. Waiting for the approval. CWP and SOWP applied 30-Jul-2024.

Congrates. Seems that they started working on July profiles. Hope

No updates for me after 2 webforms.

Does it count from submission date or approved date?

From IRCC website, the average processing time is 120 days but actually, no one knows the exact time for each case. Some people here waiting for more than 200 days.

That is the Biometric Validation Letter, you normally receive it before receiving approval letter.

Anyone submitted in July got approval? It seems to be a dead month.

Thank you. One of my friends recently told me that he got closed work permit with the submission date, so I would like to verify if it happens with others as well.

The date they approved on your WP is your submitted date or approved date?

I'm now keeping my 3-year OWP and working full-time for 2 companies. One of the two agreed to sponsor JAL for me but they said that it may mean that I will need to change to CWP and have to resign from the other company. I thought that I could use JAL to apply PR, no need to apply another CWP...
