I picked up my passport yesterday guys. Took exactly 6 business days minus Monday which was obviously July 1 holiday (I applied the Wednesday before the holiday weekend). When I say picked up, I mean I had to go to the nearest post office to get it because I wasn't home when the mail man came...

Take everything... although they may only look at your oath letter and proof of ID because of time, it's good to be safe.

I would say that that timeline sounds about right and you should give the call center a call...but I currently have a gag order on this forum from giving this sort of advice. :D

I brought all of my application originals but they only looked at the Oath Letter and my ID (Drivers Licence)... keep in mind, there were 147 of us at the ceremony that day so they probably just wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible.

Mine changed to complete the very next day... however, I applied from Nova Scotia so it's a smaller population of applicants.
