It means that the standard processing time would not apply / no definite processing timeline. Apparently, NR applications go through higher security measures and BG checks.

My MP inquired with Scr office and was told that my application is considered non routine. MP’s advice is to hang tight (basically I can’t so sh*t in this sh**y system). lost all hopes and signing off till the miracle email/update happens. Good luck to you all!

Same here. BG and Prohibitions in progress. SCR office. Had my interview on Apr 4th which followed up with L and PP done. Frustrating as hell. tried everything (ATIP, webforms, writing to Scr office, MP, calls) but all in vain. The only thing I can do now is wait…
