I agree if you have some names. What i understand from your comment is to apply to H&C with proof during my application to PRTD. Then I wait in abroad and if my H&C is approved, i receive the PRTD and go to canada to apply for a second PR card. Thanks a lot.

I have H&C it is sincere but you know it s complicated to give proof for every thing and i was told ircc will take two years to respond. I think i will give back to embassy and reapply, but didn't know point are much higher it is 67 point, so i need to pass english exam etc.
