H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Oh i'm sorry i meant PRTD. What you write is tremendously important so please let's confirm because i prefer to renounce to my PR status and then re apply to EE than waiting years for a possible rejection. Thanks again.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Thank you. I'm shocked. I'm abroad willing to apply for a tvrp throug H&C and what i read from you is that precise procedure will cost me 2-3 years for the waiting period without knowing what to do if i come back or stay abroad. Let me take a glass of cold water, very shocking.

    Residency obligation

Thanks a lot. Very clear. H&C has been partly resolved but still requires coming back even a week every three months to check. What i read from you is that even in the border (you mean car not bus) i may be flagged and possibly get reported like we give you one month to leave the country. When...

    Residency obligation

Hello, Thank you so much for this impressive summary of the recommandations. I'm forced to agree with you across all directions. In my modest view, the best solution in absolute is joining the border but the short term best solution seems to be to withdraw from tvrp + renounce to the status +...

    Residency obligation

Great comment. " only single entry"=> i hope we can have multi entries. "until they have the renewed PR card"=> sure, might depend how many weeks it takes.

    Residency obligation

Thank you for comments. I respond. -"Why you want to get it revoked ?" given the low chance of success, i think about revoking and reapplying knowing that it's costly in terms of organization (pass language tests for points...) but if success, get a five year card. otherwise if HC, difficult to...

PR Card and Extension with 1.5 years left for RO

But one returns late after DL expiration (pb of PR cards, not a will) he will loose the DL and will have to begin until the beginning i guess.
