Has anyone experienced, after sputum test negative, post sputum chest X-ray, then another chest X-ray after 3 months and the person was denied.

Please i need advice, i did my chest X-ray and eas told not clear and requested for sputum for 3 days and culture for 10 weeks. The result was negative and was requested to do post sputum chest X-ray. I did it on 20th November. 2 days later, i received a mail from IRCC requesting for additional...
