15 min past the hour seems to work each time for me in BC. I've called 3 times and it was at 15 min past that the lines opened up to join the queue each time.

Update: Applied by mail was received May 26. Husband's replacement (damaged), Son's renewal. At time said 9 wks processing. Called 4 wks ago and 2 wks ago and was told just recieved and not touched yet, no credit card charged. Our trip to Mexico is Sept 17th. Getting nervous since no credit card...

The agent on the phone I spoke with said no one has been really replying on those requests. They've been focusing on processing the apps is what they said. I asked since it had been 4 weeks since I requested a status.

Thank you! You could try. I'm not sure how they are choosing people for oath. Based on someone else's timeline, I predicted my oath to be when I got mine. So, if you did do your test in February, I might be calling.

Hopefully will go quicker now that they are opening more in person services. I did my test a couple days before they shutdown testing.
