I didn't mean that will speed up your application, what I meant was you will not receive a decision unless they have your medical report and when they have it and verify it, it will get updated on GCkey.

Basically, your medical and biometrics need to be updated to receive a final decision.

When did you give your medical exam? The medical exam is only valid for a year, so if you gave it last year in December, it might have expired.

I am talking about SDS as well, that is a pre-covid timeline, its not accurate anymore, they have a massive backlog beginning from atleast April, but if you are lucky you might get your visa soon, they are processing files in no particular order.

That was the timeline before Covid, you should have checked the processing time on the IRCC website before applying, currently its 36 weeks if you apply for a study permit from India. Here is the link for your reference -...
