I guess they are taking a lot of time these days to complete this process. In my case, I submitted my passport on 09th-Jan at VFS-Jallander. Passport reached at IRCC on 14th-Jan, still no update.

Inland Applications are processed really fast as compare to Outland.

Hi You can not create tracker account for Quebec Selected Skilled Workers. That's only available for Express Entry invitations.
