My sent my application on 3rd March, still waiting

I called today the agent told me my passport application is pending approval, and no idea how long it will take to approve and send it to printing

That’s insane, and so frustrating.

I called MP office today , they said it’s takes 2 to 3 weeks to get response from passport office .

Once they scan all your documents and put in the system they charge the credit card , and then further process start .

Same happened to me, when I called on mid June they said it’s all ready just need to print and send it to you. But on 21 June. I just received my original citizenship certificate along with a slip mentioned you will receive passport in a courier, I called again 10 days ago they said it’s in...

Actually I am also confused, updates work differently for everyone, but for me it’s updated same time on old and new tracker, old tracker showing decision made. Hopefully decision made means approved? Please comment if someone know about it, thanks
