Just scared my application may be denied cos of the employer name that is inactive, since I am still waiting for AOR and nomination is not expired

@ Miss Bee, can we withdraw PR application then reapply with same nomination if the nomination certificate is not expired ?

Thanks for your detailed explanation. Should I wait until IRCC review and ask for employment clarification through ADR or I should just go ahead and update them about the the ongoing effort to reactivate the business name and court hearing? Secondly I also have another job offer has back-up...

Did IRCC sent a pfl or adr before the Rejection letter? Did they allow you an opportunity to prove a point?
