    it's not the direcr number but this number can direct you to ottawa ircc - it will give you an option

    Unfortunately I got an email today saying "new photos required" (2 weeks after my passport was delivered). I honestly don't why they were rejected (i went to a photo studio last time). Anyways, I've retaken the photos and even measured them with a ruler LOL so hopefully they accept the new ones...

    Hi, I submitted my passport to cpco Ottawa from US on April 1st. Signed by R Rozie. Any idea when I can expect the passport back? So far no updates in gckey or tracker.
