Answer to your question is simple... you are not eligible for extension under this policy, so you should be looking at other options. Don't matter if somebody else got it even though they are ineligible

I wish I took a screenshot before, as my memory is bad, but I think it was saying we are processing, we will send a msg when eligibility review started. And just below that like for biometrics etc I think it got updated as well I believe that it was you may need biometrics, background check etc...

Is it saying We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you ?
