Is anyone seeing technical difficulty error while trying to log in to the tracker? Got the email today to make an account but since then couldn't sign in to the tracker giving the same error that technical difficulty

I think if it's outside canada or other major non English speaking country they expect proof that the the whole course/program was in English. If your home country was US, Australia, Newzealand, UK countries like this where every course is in English you will be good but if it is from a country...
