Received portal login credentials. Uploaded address and photo. They created 1 account for both of us as requested by us.

Did you have any dependents? When you replied to portal email, did you reply from primary applicant email and asked to create an account for both under same email id? I have replied on 18th October 2021 but still haven't received portal credentials.

I have sent them reply yesterday and i am waiting for hear from them about portal credentials

After submission, it was showing "we are reviewing" then after few days it changed to NA
