in your opinion, will waiting be taken as a sign of causing foul play? What if they go and tell everything on their own (via webform or call them), would they see this as a sign of genuineness?

When is your expected COPR issue date? For my brother that date was 4th July 2021. And the medical is valid until 4th February 2022. Have you spoken to any one in the Embassy or IRCC?

I don't understand the logic behind 18th March thing. If you want to open it then open it for all, why such a boundary. That's all the concern is. Yeah I am working on something in India itself which keeps me busy as of now.
