We haven’t received ours. We got our eCOPR on Aug. 2. It has been 37 days since then, no ghost update or anything in our CIC account. Portal still says in review.

it’s definitely normal. Sometimes it gives autoreply and sometimes it doesn’t. I would wait a week before replying again if they haven’t responded or anything.

have you followed up or called IRCC about this?

did you check other folders (spam/junk) sometimes it ends up there. Do you know which VO sent the portal email?

through the pr portal. It’ll show at the bottom of the pr confirmation tab as a “download” button

okay. It is the same portal account. I would suggest sending a webform that you have replied to the portal 1 email already and have not received a response and that you already have an existing portal account. Send them the details of your portal account so they can link it to your application.

no I’m saying, you should log in to your portal account. It’s the same portal where you will confirm your pr.
