We haven’t received ours. We got our eCOPR on Aug. 2. It has been 37 days since then, no ghost update or anything in our CIC account. Portal still says in review.

it’s definitely normal. Sometimes it gives autoreply and sometimes it doesn’t. I would wait a week before replying again if they haven’t responded or anything.

did you check other folders (spam/junk) sometimes it ends up there. Do you know which VO sent the portal email?

through the pr portal. It’ll show at the bottom of the pr confirmation tab as a “download” button

okay. It is the same portal account. I would suggest sending a webform that you have replied to the portal 1 email already and have not received a response and that you already have an existing portal account. Send them the details of your portal account so they can link it to your application.

no I’m saying, you should log in to your portal account. It’s the same portal where you will confirm your pr.

did you check your portal account if there was another tab that got added? It’ll have the confirmation of permanent residence tab. It’ll be added there versus them giving you an email with login details.

I got my eCOPR already but I have been reading the forums and I know someone who is still waiting from July 6. Did you apply using the portal? I wouldn’t recommend this but I did see one person who made their own portal account by accident and just contacted IRCC via webform about their account...

depends on the province. For PEI, when they sent me the nomination certificate, they told me that I have to inform them of my landing information and current job so they can close my file after. I just sent them an email then afterwards no need for anything else.

If you are outside Canada and you get approved, you’ll get a passport request and they’ll stamp the COPR in your passport and you’ll have to land in Canada before that document expires. Portal is only for inside Canada applicants and would have to land virtually.

you’ll get an email that says “a new case has been added to your portal account..” a new tab will show up to confirm your permanent residency and will let you upload the photo and address.
