    While I was applying for the PGWP, there is an option for me to fill out the TRV form. I don't know whether it is valid (because it says outside Canada) and whether I still need to resubmit the TRV application.

    there is no new changes. The old rules is only for PGWP. The COVID regulation for EE has yet to be announced. So by default, it requires you to study online.

    50%? Is it based on credits or based on time duration? The original requirement was "be present in Canada for 8 months during the study" So I only need 50% of 1 year which is 6 months now?
