Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew the wait time for a temporary passport for a newborn born outside of Canada?

I'm sorry one last question just to be clear can my baby enter Canada once she gets her temporary passport ? Or will we have to wait until her proof of citizenship is ready as well? I'd of course apply for both right away.

I obtained it through my family being sponsored to Canada by my uncle and 4 years later my parents did the test and became Canadian citizens which I automatically became because I was a child.

Im just not understanding how she's already a Canadian if she is born in Bosnia and not Canada and if applying for citizenship can take up to a year. Wouldn't she be a Bosnian citizen until she gets citizenship?
