Thanks everyone. So my wife did get her passport request as well a few hours after ECAS changed. The weird thing is GCKEY has not yet updated. I'm not sure if that is normal or did we miss something? I also saw in one group that I'm part of that it has been happening with other people as well...

My wife just got her PreArrival letter. And our application moved back from Application Received to In Process in ECAS. I guess that means good news from CPCM. :D. Maybe they are starting to move again

Hope you get good news soon! We've been away from each other for 1year 6 months now and it's really hard, I can't even imagine your state. Let's hope that CPCM really does start working on applications this year

Wow lucky for you that you got such info from your MP. I tried with mine and they just keep saying that the file is in progress. :(. Hope that this is true. Everyone in CPCM is getting left behind.

august 2019 applicant here. What's disappointing is some newer applications are moving, while there are some of us who have surpassed the 1 year and yet we get left behind. Our medical is about to expire in 2 weeks and I'd be pissed if they require us to submit a new one.
