I emailed the office that sent me the test invitation asking if there was an option expedite the ceremony as I had travel plans. My situation wasn't urgent so I was denied. I can't speak of what they may request from you in terms of proof. Perhaps a copy of the death certificate...?

Hi, do you see any updates on ecas? my oath ceremony (Niagara office) was on the 19th and and the last update is from July. Based on the comments, system is updated after 2-3 days and certificate is received after 10 days.

Is there a point in checking the tracker every 30 min? I remember someone mentioning that the tracker is updated once a day, around 6 AM...Is that accurate?
