I have been in contact with the MPs office since 2022. MP never meets himself, his officer just keeps on saying we need to wait patiently and there isn't much they can do. Have ordered GCMS notes. Nothing seems to be wrong with the application.

Just a bit of background on our case. Applied in 2020 October. Got a refusal in Feb 2023 reason given the officer didn't find the relationship to be genuine. We appealed, provided all the evidence needed and our appeal got approved after the hearing in August 2023. The file was opened last year...

Hello...I wanted to ask how long does it take for the file to be re opened and medical request sent after the spousal sponsorship appeal is allowed. We had our appeal hearing on Aug 8, 2023 and the decision was made the same day and a letter sent to us on Aug 10.
