@Miss bee please share your insights as i've heard that Etobicoke office is one of the slowest visa office and if your file transfer in there, a further review is needed. My PVO is Etobicoke and SVO is Sydney. Does it mean that my file needs further review then? Thanks

What does PVO and SVO do? Do they both decide for the application results? Thank you
