Applied as tourist visa on 12 aug Got rejection on Nov 7

Had previous 1 TRV rejection (tourist) This one was dual intent spousal TRV

not required to update/include spouse name in passport. continue with existing passport. For proof of relationship - please see the checklist- it has all the information on what information u need to provide to establish proof of relationship.

query - is anyone applying for visitor visa as well for spouse ? I am planning to apply TRV for spouse - thinking whether to apply now without AOR or shall I wait for AOR.

Our status changed to married in October. Now will apply for spousal pr outside Canada Application and then once we get AOR will apply for TRV
