have u tried logging in to different computer? u can ask someone you know to try logging in on their computer and see if they can log in. btw happy for u. u will get the email notification tomorrow for sure.

Oh i think it depends on the officer assigned to ur paper. My photo has not been verified but ecopr is available to download. Officer approved my cic application on weekend so maybe theyre working from home.

Try to login to your portal download button is available now and i was able to download mine . They have verified my address but the photo still in review. not sure if i can update my sin with this document but will try.

Hello i just randomly checked my cic profile right now and it shows that my application has been approved and got a CoPR number under document status but there is no document yet. I still cannot login to the portal. I did not get any email notification or whatsoever. Maybe it will be available...

Has anyone tried to login to the portal? I tried logging in since last night still im getting errors saying there's a technical error when handling the request try again later.

From which local VO processed ur COPR? Mine is in Calgary and I've been waiting since the 14th ☹️. I really think it just depends on the VO. Other VO offices are not using the portal and seems a little bit faster. they just verify the address either thru email or phone and that's it. Sidney...

Same here.. spoke to an agent today told me everything is passed and my file is now in Calgary from Sydney VO.. it was quite unexpected as i have called them last week and only got passed eligibility. So I assume our local VO will be the one to send us the golden email. hope they'll send it...
