Some information I saw online that people suggested if IRCC has asked for additional document pior to AOR, you'll likely not getting an AOR letter. Which my case is they asked for additional payment for BIO (which we had paid upfront not sure why they rejected the application and asked again)...

I applied on Jan 15th as listed in my signature. I haven’t still gotten my AOR. Yet, I saw from the tracker, inland applicant who submitted on Jan 16th, Jan 21st got their AOR. I tried to link my application in gckey by first and last name no luck. What can I do in this case?

Because I thought it maybe that they can't recognize that payment, so I decided to pay again in full including RPRF totalling $1290. Otherwise, I cannot explain why they returned my application. I checked if an application is refused, can ask for full refund.
