    January 2025, Inland Spousal Sponsorship

This is weird. I paid in full just without the right of permanent residence fee (RPRF) but paid the bio fee, and I got my application returned after 15 days no AOR. I filed multiple complains and report to IIRC and I guess they now may change their policy so that if you didn't pay, you'll still...

    Spousal sponsorship

Some information I saw online that people suggested if IRCC has asked for additional document pior to AOR, you'll likely not getting an AOR letter. Which my case is they asked for additional payment for BIO (which we had paid upfront not sure why they rejected the application and asked again)...

Did you enter sponsor’s first name last name or the applicant’s? Thanks!

    January 2025, Inland Spousal Sponsorship

I applied on Jan 15th as listed in my signature. I haven’t still gotten my AOR. Yet, I saw from the tracker, inland applicant who submitted on Jan 16th, Jan 21st got their AOR. I tried to link my application in gckey by first and last name no luck. What can I do in this case?

Application rejected for inland spouse sponsorship

Because I thought it maybe that they can't recognize that payment, so I decided to pay again in full including RPRF totalling $1290. Otherwise, I cannot explain why they returned my application. I checked if an application is refused, can ask for full refund.

Application rejected for inland spouse sponsorship

I really don't think my payment has any issue. If they said I missed any other documents, I'll buy that but not the "BIO" fee since I follow all the instruction carefully. I don't trust them now as they can make such mistake from the very beginning. What if later they made a mistake on your...

Yes I did, and I filled it as well. As for the documents they need, I also wrote the file name aside the bullet points.

Application rejected for inland spouse sponsorship

Thanks for the suggestion. but what I did was, I requested a refund on my previous payment and resubmitted a full payment including the RPRF with the official receipt. Then I attached a screenshot of the fees I paid as the receipt didn't indicate how much is the application fee and how much is...

Greater Vancouver Area - PR Card processing after COPR - Non portal (submitting photos by mail)

Sorry for the late reply. Somehow I didn't receive a notification of your qoute. 1. I did have a document that available to download in the CIC protal. 2. I applied right after I got my CoPR. It's all online, no need to go to the CRA. You can use your CoPR as the PR.
