Once you're in the portal process, the declaration is the thing needed for eCOPR. The mailing address/photo are for the PR card so they are separate. I'm currently waiting for my PR card (mailed) but my photo still shows as in-review. So I think they just don't update the checkbox for that once...

If you scroll down a bit do you have a "document status" section? That's where it says the PR card number and status for me.

Thanks! I just linked it and it said my card was approved Friday and mailed today. I was a bit worried about the photo since the system rejected it because of 'shadows' (there wasn't, but I think it was flagging my wild "it's just rained" hairstyle I was rocking that morning :D ) Happy to see...

Nice one! Where did it say that it was mailed out? On PR portal? Mine just says address accepted / photo in review. Tracker says "closed" and GCKey says "Approved".

Congrats! I believe it's just a general email. From what I've seen, there's a follow up email to be expected shortly after (titled Congratulations!) with some instructions around the eCOPR. Haven't recieved that yet - but it's nothing to be concerned over.

It just happened! Submitted: 8 March 2024 P1: 30 October 2024 P2: 31 October 2024 ECOPR: 18 December 2024 Document issued by Etobicoke IRCC. The status on portal hasn't changed yet (Last updated 31 October / everything 'In review') but if I click through then I can download the PDF.

I haven't, but it reads as if they're just double checking your info again, rather than setting up an account - especially as it tells you to reply with the officer code. Have you replied? Does it go back to the same address as before?

Sitting here waiting since the 31st October. I might be wrong but I thought processing time was for the PR card and not the eCOPR (which just says 'up to a few weeks to upload'). I haven't seen a lot of progress being made in the various trackers, sadly.
