it depends on case to case i guess, lot of feb and march applicants got DM today. i was march applicant (application received by mississauga office on 21st march 2017). i got DM today.

i ordered on june 18 and received notes on july 13. i recommend to order again. also please check if you are entering the correct information.

when did you receive return tracking email? if it is today, wait for couple of hours or till the end of the day. Even though IRCC initiate tracking canada post has to process it.
