If you receive test request while at abroad, write back to the same email address and inform that you would need to appear from India. I saw some people did that and did exam while at abroad, as its online now-a-days. However, you must need to get approved first.

Thanks Raj, On dashboard it has already been updated but not on ECAS. I understood as you told that ecas is the old system and will not show. Meanwhile my background is still in progress although Test is shown completed?. Do you know how long it takes? Thanks again for your help

I am in the same situation. My test completed but not the background yet. Criminality also cleared, but normally security takes longer time. If you have international visit other than your home country, it may takes longer time. For normal cases, that is what I understand.

Can anyone guide, if we created account for new tracker system, then ECAS still works (i.e. updates) or not? I mean both will work for updates or not? In my case since i created the new tracker system's account, ECAS has no new update there? Although it opens but no status updaes for example...

Oh, it means there is no need to apply CSIS notes?. You mean that you have received notes but nothing specifically there, even no relevant information regarding background check? By the way, how many days they took to send you the notes? And do you have international visits other than your home...
