The name on your passport

If you are referring to the VFS tracking system, you have to use the REFERENCE number given on the Receipt. Format is LKAC/**0918/****/**

Some people say 3-5 days. I don't know the exact number of days... for me it took exactly 14 days. All I can say is don't wait for the VFS tracking, just call them often. I called VFS almost 2 times a day.

Make sure you are using REFERENCE NUMBER not Tracking Number. Reference number is found on the receipt they gave you at VFS. It will be in this format: LKAC/******/****/** When did you submit your passport?
