Talked to immigration Canada today and the lady said the centre is opening the application they received on Nov 14, 2017 ( Outland spousal sponsorship), this is ridiculous!!!!! it takes two months( 9 weeks) to open an application!!!!

Just put the documents related to each other together, attach them by paperclip,put a sticker on the first page and name the group( mainly based on the checklist), for example: proof of financial,sponsor's forms, applicant's forms, social media photos, ....

I've seen some lucky people receiving their AOR in just 3 weeks, but I guess the Christmas time has added up to my wait time.

Sent the application on Dec 10th, 2017, the application delivered on Dec 14th, 17 (per Canada Post). Haven't received AOR yet, Is that normal?
