You think CBSA doesn't know when you leave Canada?

My marriage was scheduled and I got my PPR

Yes. Just inform them of your situation. It'll probably take them until at least Feb 22 2022 to send you a reply! Also Congratulations man!

Can I still enter as a visitor after receiving CoPR?

Finally got my passport stamped from New York VFS and CoPR on hand! With Covid and travel restriction and everything, it's been almost 3 years since I first entered my profile in the pool in early 2019! So don't lose hope, live your life and everything will come around! So my question is: I...

    COPR and coronavirus

The “maximum validity and cannot be extended” is just standard language on all COPR before COVID hit. You’re essentially in the same boat with all of these 17K+ replies. Currently there’s not much you can do but wait until further instructions from IRCC. Right now you cannot travel and land...

    Travel History

Unfortunately you have to list every single instance where you crossed border. In my case I live in a very small country and travel to the US for work very frequently. My travel history section contains over 150 entries for the past 10 years.....

    NOC 1111

NOC 1111 isn't necessarily regulated. You can still practice in the field without a CPA. Unlike a truly regulated field such as medical or house plumbing, it would illegal to do so.

How much money you spend on preparing EE

$2000 ~ $3000 would be a fair range, everything included (IELTS, WES, fee to obtain various documents, Application fee etc.)

ITA: Questions about Application & Sup. Docs

That's OK. As long as the amount is over the lowest required level for your family size, there's nothing to explain or worry about.

My current CRS is 427 and i am wondering by when should I expect to get an EOI?

If you mean ITA then unfortunately the prospect of the cut off score to drop below 427 isn't likely in the near future, if at all. If you mean EOI from the various PNP program s then I suggest you research each province's requirements separi. Some require a proactive application, while some like...

ITA: Questions about Application & Sup. Docs

    1. Most people consider it to be monetary benefits such as commissions, bonuses or additional monthly living allowances, besides the salary stated. 2. You can but i doubt they will help you in any material way. Express Entry is not a job interview or college admission. It's based on rigid rules...

Has anybody tried soft landing from the US recently? Is not being able to settle in Canada now a legitimate reason to apply for COPR extension?

Although the detail of the CoPR extension has been published yet, it is almost guaranteed it will be extended for people who are unable to land due to the Covid travel restriction. Canadian government can't really punish applicants due to its own policy restriction.

Want to hire a person from Canada in the US

Depending on your specific business type/industry, i would say it might be very difficult to hire a foreign person to work in the US right now due to the tighter restriction. All H1-B, H2-B and L visa issuance are suspended until end of the year.

Expiration dates on PRV/CoPR no longer matters?

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/service-delivery/coronavirus/permanent-residence.html Looking at the program delivery notes in the above link, it looks like people with expired PRV/CoPR fall under group 3...

Pregnant Spouse - Expected due date before ITA deadline

Agree i think you can just go ahead and submit the application - advantage is you might be able to "get in the queue" a couple days earlier considering the huge backlog in processing. After the child is born you can submit a web form (linked will be in the AOR after submission) and inform IRCC...
