Ah right, I missed this clause:
If your application has been approved
If your application for a study permit has been approved and you change your DLI, you must submit a new study permit application with a new letter of acceptance. You must also pay all the fees for the new application...
You are right! I don't see much requirements for Category B, so hopefully it'll be fine.
Ultimately, it's the employer who's going through the process; so as long as they are willing do it for you, you should be good.
Good luck!
I'm somewhat doubtful. Check this: https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers/global-talent/requirements.html#ust
minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of specialized experience
Are you able to change school on the IRCC account? I don't believe you need a new permit, as long as the current permit is still valid.

The second program needs to be completed within 2 years after completing the first program.
Also just make sure that both programs are eligible for PGWP.
I don't think cashier requires much experience, so probably not likely to be declined as long as you have a job offer with LMIA approved.

Crossing a land border via US may be an option, but you'll likely be reported unless you are super lucky.
You should have attended the meeting and explained your situation as you have not heard the response from your webform. Not sure why that's taking a chance -- not attending when they are expecting you to show up was a bad decision.
I suggest submitting a webform again to explain the situation...

Just go through the questionnaire there -- but the short answer is Yes.
I hope you are enjoying your vacation!
What you do during PGWP doesn't matter for the PR process. However, it's the best time to get Canadian experience and I wouldn't want to waste a day (especially given the uncertain economy we are going through.)
You can check if your realtor is registered at https://www.reco.on.ca/RegistrantSearch
Realtors have access to new listings a few days before the public. Also realtors tend to sell properties from their preferred neighborhoods, so it's pretty common for multiple listings under a single realtor.
