I suggest, first you apply for the Study Permit. If it gets approved then get your kid and wife for the Visit Visa. That way you have more chance to move with the family.

Refill the documents and send an IRCC webform, state your problem clearly. If they see it on time then it won't take long, but after the strike the response to the webforms are delayed. Most probably you are gonna go on a long journey
