Anyone with e-COPR dates Jan 17, 2023 waiting for PR card??? It has been more than 3.5 months and not even a Ghost update. Receive e-COPR from Etobicoke office. Sent solemn declaration, emails, calls to IRCC. No use!!! So frustrated. Anybody on the same boat?

Quick question- Got eCOPR for my child on Jan 17. Awaiting PR card since 40 days Today, in the PR portal, it is showing 'File not uploaded' in the Photo section. Before it used to be 'In review with IRCC', Anybody has any idea what to do? is it a glitch?
